A high end experience
We have met Evelyn some 2 plus years ago when looking for any suitable properties in the Hervey Bay area.
We consider ourselves very lucky to have "stumbled" over Evelyn during this time, as it was a "day vs night" experience when compared to other agents we have met with.
There was an openness and care factor present from the very start. Evelyn was interested in what we were looking for, our budget, area of preference, family and every other conceivable point of interest.

Don't waste your time with the big agent companies. Evelyn is your lady to get your home sold. We first met Evelyn Duffy in 2021. We had recently sold our home and were looking to build in a new area. Our search took us to the display home where we met Evelyn. She was immediately available to show us some blocks of land. After looking at various plans and options, Evelyn then went on to help us through the process of selecting colours, flooring etc. From the lead up to, and throughout the process of building, she has been available and most helpful to us.

After our decision to sell our acreage in Victoria and move permanently to the Fraser Coast region we searched for properties on the internet and contacted a number of agencies which were largely disinterested in providing us with listings fitting our requirements.

Firstly I'd like to say that this was our 5th build with 5 different builders.
Building a new home during the covid pandemic was a stressful time and Evelyn was always contactable Living on the Gold Coast we knew we could phone Evelyn with any concerns we had anytime and she would always listen, ease our minds and if needed take prompt action.
Coming up from the Gold Coast we would sometimes drop into the display home unannounced. She chose a home design that was suited to the block of land and we were very happy with it it is going to fit perfectly. As our original builder had closed their books for the pro tem Evelyn introduced us to a new builder that Evelyn works with. We met up with the Builder and Evelyn and could not be happier.
